In this interview, Fr. Brodeur explains why he loves teaching his fellow priests at the Institute of Continuing Theological Education and how the sabbatical experience becomes a fraternal way to be pilgrims together — an opportunity for priests to renew their own conversion, following Saint Paul’s example and spiritual heritage.

Fr. Scott Brodeur, SJ, is one of the professors at the Pontifical Gregorian University, one of the most renowned pontifical universities in Rome, founded by Gregory XIII in 1584 and still entrusted to the Society of Jesus.

Fr. Brodeur also teaches regularly at ICTE. A specialist in biblical theology, and particularly in the Letters of Saint Paul, he introduced the priests on sabbatical to their upcoming pilgrimage in the footsteps of Saint Paul in Turkey.
